The anti-social investigation team works alongside the local housing offices, the legal team and our partner agencies to find solutions to serious anti-social behaviour problems.

They are experienced in dealing with serious cases of anti-social behaviour and during their investigations they will interview all parties involved, issue and enforce legislation.

Tenants of Housing Associations should contact their landlord in the first instance.

Community Wardens
Community Wardens are the eyes and ears of the community. They are an integrated part of the community with regular engagement. They conduct enquiries for low level anti-social behaviour complaints. Wardens gather information and patrol known anti-social behaviour hot spots either on foot or in CCTV vehicles. Please feel free to approach our Wardens to discuss any issues you may have. They can also contact the relevant council department for you on your behalf.

Mediation Service

This is a free confidential scheme run by the Terrence Higgins Trust (THT) Scotland. It is a postal service for gay and bisexual men living in Lanarkshire who require condoms and lubricant (lube) for anal sex. Free condoms and lube can be posted directly to your address in a discreet wrapper. The Get Rubbered Scheme provides an alternative to the C Card Scheme for men who have sex with men who may be concerned about identifying their sexual orientation when asking for particular condoms via the C Card Scheme.
