I received word on Wednesday evening about this railing in a council-owned car park that posed a danger of injury to pedestrians, especially children.
Working with with council officers, I had it made safe that same evening and it is now on the priority list for a permanent repair/solution.
If you see any street furniture in Uddingston or Bothwell that needs fixed, especially if it’s dangerous, please let me know.
